Group Fitness vs Personal Training: Which Is Right for You?

Both are coached. They solve different problems.

Group fitness works when you need rhythm

A set class time, other people expecting you, and programming handled for you. Group classes are the most reliable way most people build a training habit — and they're included in membership.

Personal training works when you need precision

A specific goal, an injury history, a technique problem, or a race date. One-on-one sessions are built entirely around you. At Bluff City Performance those are available in 60-minute and 30-minute formats, with discounted multi-session packages and a member discount.

Most people do both

Classes for volume and consistency, a periodic one-on-one session to clean up what the group setting can't. That combination moves people faster than either alone.

NOT SURE WHICH TO PICK?

Start with a free class and talk it through with a coach.
